The "Forgot your password?" link WILL NOT WORK to reset your IC passsword. You must use Password Manager to Change (if password is known) or Reset (if password is forgotten) your IC password. Remember that Password Manager also resets your computer login and Google passwords.

The "Forgot your password?" link WILL WORK to reset your IC password if you have set up your security preferences. If you have not set up your security preferences and cannot remember your IC password, please contact your student's school for assistance. Remember that Password Manager is not available for parent IC password reset.
